Release 2.4.2 and new example

Updates library to release 2.4.2, and bundles "forest" sample that showcases the new features introduced in release 2.4.0:
- object layers for props/decorations
- layer linking
- spriteset-based animations
Graphic assets used for "Forest" sample are provided by ansimuz, from his "Sunny Forest" asset pack:

Windows and raspberry packages are updated, for dekstop linux and OSX please build from source
